The Goldroom 40 is designed for gold operations processing large volumes of concentrate from washplants or centrifugal concentrators, capturing both coarse and fine gold. Its unique design features fully mechanized feeding, screening, and material handling, with continuous recirculation of middlings to optimize fine gold recovery. Unlike traditional methods, it classifies concentrate first, processing fine and coarse material separately for maximum efficiency. With a capacity of up to 1 ton per hour, this compact, lockable system is pre-assembled in a 40′ HC container and operates automatically, requiring minimal oversight. It consumes just 10 kW of power and 150 GPM of water, with no chemicals needed.
