The GR-20 is a fully integrated, turn-key gold room built for placer, alluvial and hard rock operations. Its three-stage cleanup process combines concentrate reduction, sizing and tabling in a pre-assembled 20' container, taking wash plant concentrate through to a sellable or smeltable product.

  • Uses Macon’s T-150 cleanup plant
  • Reduces the initial concentrate volume before final processing
  • Handles coarse and fine material as part of the cleanup process

Sizing + De-Magnetizing

  • Concentrate is classified before tabling
  • Coarse material can be separated for nugget recovery
  • Magnetite and steel are removed before final fine-gold cleanup

Gemini Shaking Table

  • Fine concentrate is processed on a Gemini shaking table
  • Built-in table system supports final concentrate cleanup
