Our experience with Macon Industries Inc. has been an absolute pleasure. It is always refreshing to work with people who take pride in their work. Their attention to detail and quality in my opinion has put them in a league of their own. Working in the Drilling industry over the years we have had the opportunity to work with some very talented fabricators however the energetic crew at Macon has gone far beyond our expectations.

Geotech Drilling Services Ltd has been working with Zinex and Macon since 2010, initially with the procurement of one A5 drill. Based upon success with the unit at two historically challenging drill sites, and the exemplary customer service provided from troubleshooting to limited timelines from Zinex/Macon’s staff, Geotech has expanded exponentially with the assistance of their team. Geotech currently has grown its drilling fleet to include 9 surface A5 drills, one U5 underground drill and one newly designed TRLS5 tracked drill working in environments ranging from extreme heat in the Sub-Sahara(West Africa) to extreme cold in the far North (Arctic Circle). Zinex/Macon continues to be collaborative, efficient and inventive with new concepts and equipment, and Geotech will endeavuor to continue its business into the future with their team.”

We paired the SD-600 with a T-150 cleanup plant and wash bins, and it has transformed our cleanup process. What used to take hours now takes about 25 minutes, completely hands-free with a bucket feeding into the T-150. For anyone starting out, I’d highly recommend the T-150. It turns four or five hundred layers of concentrate into ten, saving hours each day. The SD-600 has paid for itself in production. It’s dramatically increased our profitability and continues to outperform expectations. Since commissioning, the plant has done over 1,000 hours without a single problem. It’s a high-quality, high-capacity machine from a great company to deal with.
