The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading all human resources functions. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation structure, HR compliance, and WorkSafeBC coordination to ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant employee practices across all departments. Supervising the HR team, the Human Resources Manager develops standardized policies, supports and coaches supervisors, manages full-cycle recruitment for trades and professional roles, and administers benefits programs. Working closely with leadership and operations, this role drives workforce planning, strengthens hiring processes, ensures workplace safety compliance, and fosters alignment and cohesion across the organization.

- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or HR Manager role
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or trades-based environments strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience handling employee relations, investigations, and terminations
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and standardized processes
- Experience supporting a workforce of 100+ employees over multiple sites
- Strong knowledge of BC Employment Standards and applicable employment legislation
- Experience developing compensation structures and job leveling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and self-driven
- CPHR Generalist certification
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Systems
