The SD-600 has exceeded our expectations. It is a heavy-duty, quality machine. The plant is so efficient in water and electrical usage that we have downsized the pump and generator, with very considerable fuel cost savings while maintaining our output. After-installation service has been exceptional. We highly recommend Macon and their wash plants.

We paired the SD-600 with a T-150 cleanup plant and wash bins, and it has transformed our cleanup process. What used to take hours now takes about 25 minutes, completely hands-free with a bucket feeding into the T-150. For anyone starting out, I’d highly recommend the T-150. It turns four or five hundred layers of concentrate into ten, saving hours each day. The SD-600 has paid for itself in production. It’s dramatically increased our profitability and continues to outperform expectations. Since commissioning, the plant has done over 1,000 hours without a single problem. It’s a high-quality, high-capacity machine from a great company to deal with.
