BC-200

Macon Industries introduces its new BC-200 bowl concentrator for the recovery of gold and heavy metals from mining and recycling streams.

This batch centrifugal concentrator operates a 24” diameter bowl at 5G centrifugal force and is capable of processing 10 tons of material per hour.

The wear resistant polyurethane bowl of the BC-200 concentrator achieves concentrate fluidization through two steel agitation blades, mounted inside the bowl, therefore not requiring high quality fluidization water. In practice, fluidization water holes used in high-G counterparts (Knelson CD12, Falcon SB400) tend to clog from solids or scaling, causing them to function partially or requiring frequent maintenance.
